Seek Group unifying the world's largest hiring marketplace
Transforming the global HR Marketplace with a new unification project evolving their website and communication channels.
Time to give an upgrade that would provide a better experience for both hirers and candidates looking for work opportunities
The Client
SEEK is a market leader in online employment marketplaces that span ten countries across Asia Pacific and Latin America. SEEK invests heavily to create innovative technology products to help people live more fulfilling and productive working lives and help organisations succeed. SEEKās multinational presence employs over 3,500 people worldwide across ten countries: Australia, where it is listed on the ASX and is one of the Top 100 listed companies. But because of Seek's global reach, and vast network of candidates and hirers, it presented a challenge when the company decided to upgrade their systems, unify their database to produce better marketing campaigns and improve business objectives leading to a better experience for their users.
The Challenge
The primary goal is to unify the company's database and build new campaigns from a centralised spot to reduce operation lead times and costs. We needed to build 100+ journies, 1000+ emails across 5 languages, global, without down time and to asses the relevancy of each campaign has on the marketplace per region. Each campaign story should be designed in a way that would build excitement, loyalty and awareness.
The Solution
We designed and reviewed the scope of all the journeys and email and to ensure that from a brand level, the objectives are met, the designs are in-line with the brief and meet the new standards for Seek. With Seek being precisely structured content and layout we focused on UAT and E2E testing for all emails, journeys, SQL queries, and URL end-points prior to launch and manage the Asia Pacific team in the rollout of R.1 and R.2, helping Seek get to market and validate the unification. The validation completion date for most Asia regions is set for October 2023.
