We began our marketing careers in the demanding world of the luxury industry, working with prestigious brands like LVMH and Richemont groups. There, we honed our marketing management skills in some of the most challenging and unforgiving global markets, grounding our approach in the realities of tomorrow's marketplace.

ENNOBLIR is a strategic partner for our clients, providing expert marketers to solve business issues and cultivating strategic campaigns to improve and optimise. To do this successgully, we hand pick our clients and never work with more than we can handle at once. We don't accept every project or company, and base solely on our capacity to provide the best quality work. Our directors manage all clients personally and we do not hand-over clients to account managers.

We stick by the image of Elephants carrying people, and so we've created the Elephant Backed culture at ENNOBLIR. We sepnd our time volunteering our time with NGOs and organisations with workshops, hands-on support and donations.
We also volunteer and business and marketing Mentors at Universities and enterprise companies, lending our time to support visions that can change the world for the better.

We're an independent agency scaling by adding value and quality to our clients. We haven't won't hire account managers that aren't experienced to launch ads, write reports and present to stakeholders. We also don't work with offshore teams.

Our motto is Legacies come first. To ensure best quality, our directors only work with a handful of clients and projects at a time to ensure they have capacity to deliver. We are also no nonsense, if our cultures and values don't align we will pass on a project.

No acount managers means that the directors roll up their sleeves and provides the real end-to-end experience for our clients. Ensuring that from scope to delivery and reporting, each part of the process is meticulously managed with a keen eye who has their name on the work.

All campaings are backed by scinse data based research ensuring we're answering and solving the problems and scaling solutions with critical thinking. It isn't about just creating beautiful campaigns, it's ensuring the "why" and the "who" is correct, and calculating the response.

Our agency is proud to be digital, to work from anywhere. Although our day to day is in Mornington, Victoria, we can also work with brands globally with ease. We don't need pretty corner offices to justify our egos, and offload these costs to clients.

Start BIG or don't start at all.

Lauren and Tyrone began marketing for a Parisian property developer, entrusting properties could be sold by a youtube video and a beautiful website with basic automation in 2011. The properties which were sitting on market were sold within 3 months. Within this time, work was completed for multi-billion dollar projects for French Government funding group Proparco. Later Tyrone and Lauren took their skills in Luxury retail managing the Asia Pacific Brand for Montblanc, Henry Bucks. Campaigns included product launch events, major partnerships with airlines, Porsche, UNICEF, and others.

Our values through the years have been shaped and formed by both successes and failures.

After a few years of successful campaigns and shaping luxury fashion in Australia, Tyrone and Lauren decided to take a gamble in the startup Fintech space. Using their career wins to mould the future of Fintech, emerging startups in Blockchain and smart cities. After being elected to present concepts to the Dubai council, Tyrone and Lauren launched Australia's first Blockchain Incubator to a monumental success, some incubated startups have gone on to raise $20million. Tyrone and Lauren also ventured to build new concepts with a team of Blockchain experts in Melbourne, and while the concepts were ahead of their time, the market was no. Lauren and Tyrone took their learnings and continued to grow in different industries.

Remote work, agile principles and awarded campaigns 🏆

When the pandemic hit, Lauren and Tyrone were on the verge of launching Australia's newest influencer marketplace. In a matter of moments where fears of work being cut due to lockdowns, took a 180 turn and companies NEEDED to get online faster to trump their competition. Tyrone and Lauren launched more product and services in 3 years, with new and emerging companies, than in the last 8 years. Ennoblir has been on a growth past since, having worked for global fortune 500 companies and some of Australia leading enterprises. Additionally the type of work required excelled and required deeper complexity. Campaigns involve personalisation, complex unification modelling, AI-data input models and strategic go to market plans and journeys that account for more than 2 million data points and interactions. We are always looking at ways to evolve and improve. Our learnings today s have lead us to specialise in various tools and systems, design frameworks and other unique marketing specialities that we knowledge transfer to our clients.
