Ennoblir Group Pty Ltd (ACN pending) is a Melbourne based AI consultancy that builds custom AI operating systems, platforms and AI agents for Australian businesses. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect personal information when you interact with our website, our AI assistant, our quiz, our callback requests and our services.

2. Information we collect and how

We only collect the personal information we need to respond to your enquiry and deliver our services. The main ways we collect information are:

• Contact form: your name, email, company, role, company size, areas of interest and your message.
• Build your system quiz: your industry, biggest time sink, what you want (platform, agents or both), team size and email so we can send your recommendation.
• Callback requests: your name, phone number, email and a short note on what you want to discuss, so our assistant can call you back.
• Booking a call: your name, email, job title, company, service interest, budget preference and selected date and time.
• Automatic data: pages visited, approximate location, browser and device type, collected via standard analytics to improve the site.

We do not collect sensitive information (such as health, racial origin or political opinion) through our website. If you volunteer any such information, please let us know so we can delete it.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to your contact form, quiz, callback or booking request.
• To send you a recommendation based on your quiz answers.
• To schedule and confirm consultation calls and send reminders.
• To prepare for and deliver services where you engage us.
• To send relevant updates where you have opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time).

4. Use of AI in processing your information

We use AI to help us work faster and smarter. This includes:

• An AI assistant on our website that can answer questions and capture callback requests. Information you type to the assistant is processed to respond to you and, if you request a callback, to route your details to our team.
• AI tools that help us draft responses, recommendations and proposals based on the information you provide.
• AI features inside the platforms we build for clients, where the client controls the data and is responsible for their own privacy obligations.

We do not use your personal information to train third party AI models. Where we use third party AI services (such as large language model providers), we only share the minimum information needed to respond to your request, and we rely on providers that offer appropriate data handling commitments.

5. Australian Privacy Act compliance

We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). In practice this means:

• We only collect personal information that is reasonably necessary for our functions.
• We tell you why we collect it and only use it for those purposes (or a directly related purpose).
• We do not sell your personal information.
• We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access.
• You can request access to, or correction of, your personal information at any time.

6. December 2026 AI transparency changes

From December 2026, changes to the Privacy Act tighten how Australian businesses must handle personal information, including personal information used or disclosed to AI systems. We are building for these changes now. When you interact with our AI assistant, quiz or callback request, we make it clear that AI is involved, we limit what is shared with third party AI providers, and we keep records so you can ask what was processed on your behalf. For client builds, we design consent, data handling and AI transparency controls into every platform from day one.

7. Data sharing and disclosure

We may share your information with:

• Service providers that help us operate (email, scheduling, hosting, analytics), under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
• AI providers, only where needed to respond to your request, and only the minimum information required.
• Professional advisors where necessary, under confidentiality obligations.
• Authorities where required by law.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross platform advertising.

8. Data storage and security

We store personal information on secure, access controlled platforms. We use encryption in transit, limit access to authorised team members, and regularly review our security practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

9. Data retention

We keep your personal information only for as long as we need it to provide our services, respond to your requests, and meet our legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so where we are not legally required to keep it.

• Ask us to delete your information where we are not required to keep it.
